Perhaps I should have been more straightforward. I figured out that qa' had probably been removed from the glossary because it had been published elsewhere, but that doesn't help me if I don't have the new book. Thank you for providing me with a definition. I intend to get ahold of KGT as soon as I can, but at the moment I'm recovering from a long period of unemployment and struggling with multiple people who want what little money I have. Perhaps in a week or two; I have a substantial paycheck now.
